• Do You Have Food?
Welcome to our most frequently asked question!

At Fetch, we make beer. This has always been our focus. But that doesn't mean there's not a whole bunch of food options.

Fetch has been "Food Friendly" from day one. What does that mean? It means that we welcome you to bring food in from anywhere. Seriously.

We have had people bring in everything from crock pots and bags of food from home to having a pizza delivered to their table.
Sound awkward and a little uncomfortable? We understand. It always does at first. But we can assure you nobody will bat an eye because this has been a daily occurrence for over 10 years now. In fact, we will have an extra spoon / fork / knife / napkins / salt / pepper / plate, etc, if needed.
Additionally, we do have a smattering of Bar Mixes if you're just looking for a snack. A small bowl of Peanut-Butter Filled Pretzels, a Mix of Nuts; enough to share with your table.
During the Spring & Summer months we open our small kitchen to Graze at Fetch, by The Gnarly Heifer. This is a special treat and an easy food option during their open hours. Please check the Facebook Page HERE for their hours. (We remain Food-Friendly even during open kitchen hours.)
Speaking of The Gnarly Heifer, this is the perfect way to get an amazing meal from just a couple blocks down the road. Known for their Smash Burgers and so much more, place an order during their open hours and pick it up only 3 blocks away when it's ready. More information found HERE.
3 blocks too far to walk? We're also lucky to have Hanson Hill Waterfront Grill located in the shared parking lot behind Fetch. Place a to-go order with them and enjoy it at Fetch. More information for Hanson Hill found HERE.
So while the short answer to the food question is, "It's complicated," it's actually quite easy to satisfy everyone's appetite at Fetch!
• Who books the bands?
We love having live music at Fetch!

And oh my goodness we have SO MUCH TALENT in our area.

If you are looking to play at Fetch, please email: jen@fetchbrewing.com.
Also, please note the following information:
Jen receives, on average, 20 requests per week via email. She simply cannot reach back to all requests, but she absolutely transfers the musician's information into a large database which gets reviewed when it's time to book musicians. If/when you do not hear back from your email request, please know this is typical of every musicians' experience and is not meant to be a slight. Please don't feel ignored or overlooked; she simply just cannot reach out to every request.
But we can guarantee Jen takes every request and places all of the info into her database and reaches out from there. We simply have way more talent available than our little corner of the world can manage. If it were possible, we would book every band for every week at Fetch. Realistically, that's simply not an option. (Sad trombone.)

In order to assure musicians get paid a fair price for the years & years of practice put into their craft, on our end we need to assure we are booking responsibly. We take great care to create a thriving environment for evenings with live music with plenty of hustle and bustle. Some times of the year are simply slower than others* and therefore don't lend themselves to a lucrative live music scene for all involved parties.
*In an effort to be fiscally responsible, Fetch has booked fewer musicians beginning in 2025.
• Can I make a reservation?
Thank you for considering us for your event!

It has become our policy to not take reservations. Why? Because while our building is large, our patron space is uniquely segmented which can create difficulties for large parties.

However, we have had great success with this creative work-around:
-
Come earlier than the rest of your party and set up a "home base."
-
This allows for a central location for your group to gather.
-
-
Make your event a "Mix & Mingle."
-
Since Fetch is already a fluid environment, a Mix & Mingle works much better than planning for a looooong table where not everyone can catch up with one another.
-
Plan to walk around, chat, wander, and watch the natural flow of your friends and family unfold.
-
-
Have friends or family with mobility issues that require a seat?
-
No problem. This is where the "home base" works great. Think of it as a "head table" that your party will include in their Mingling route throughout your visit.
-
-
If you're hosting this informal gathering and want to provide your guests with a drink (but don't want the tab to get out of hand), it is common practice to print up personalized "tickets" at home to be handed out to your party.
-
This can be as simple as slips of paper that read "Have a drink on us" and handed out to your party at your own discretion.
-
Party members can then redeem that "ticket" for a beverage of their choice at the bar and that beverage will go on your tab & the "ticket" destroyed so as not to be re-used.
-
This system requires an open tab with a credit card on file and communicated with the staff upon your arrival.
-

PLEASE NOTE:
-
We do not close Fetch for private parties.
-
Any large gathering held at Fetch takes place in common areas and therefore will be open to the public as well (but trust us when we say this adds to the event.)
-
We do not provide a dedicated bartender for large gatherings. Our staff is amazing at accommodating ALL patrons at Fetch in a timely manner.
-
Patrons are not allowed to block an exit / entrance in an attempt to create a secluded environment. This is a safety hazard (and also just not our vibe) and will be restored to safe and welcoming conditions for everyone.

• How can I buy kegs?
We can absolutely offer kegs for personal use or for your special events!

All keg requests go to: dan@fetchbrewing.com.

Here are some things to consider:
-
Not all beers will be available at all times.
-
We're a small batch brewery, so if we had your new favorite beer on tap last month, we may be out when you're planning to have it at your special event.
-
It's best to reach out to: dan@fetchbrewing.com to let him know what styles you prefer, what your favorites are, and when you're hoping to have the kegs.
-
-
Some situations require purchasing kegs through our distributor. We will be able to assist with that when you reach out.

Everything WE need to know when you're purchasing Fetch kegs:
-
What beer/s are you hoping to have?
-
If those beer/s are not available, what styles are you interested in?
-
How many kegs are you looking to purchase?
-
If you are unsure how many kegs you need, let us know how many people you plan to serve and we can assist with quantity recommendations.
-
-
When will you need these kegs, and who will be picking them up?
-
Do you have the equipment required to dispense the beer?
-
If you are unsure, we can help with these questions.
-
If you do not have dispensing equipment you can use ours for a deposit fee that will be returned when the equipment is returned.
-

Everything YOU need to know when purchasing Fetch kegs:
-
The more advance notice we receive, the better we can accommodate your needs.
-
Please know we do not have "extra" kegs of beer hanging around, so the more time we have to plan for your needs, the better. During the Summer months we are spinning our wheels to keep up with tap room demand so cannot necessarily pull something to sell with little advance notice. In the Winter we scale back production in order to match the slower months.
-
-
The person picking up the kegs must be 21+.
-
Double-check the final cost of the keg/s plus deposit/s.
-
We have had some well-meaning friends and relatives want to cover the cost of the beer for special events, but are unfamiliar with the cost of craft beer. It's never fun to put a loved one into a sticker-shock situation.
-
-
Kegs are heavy. We may be able to assist getting them to your car, depending upon when you are picking up, but know that we do not deliver to your final destination.
-
If you are unfamiliar with keg set-up for dispensing, please let us know in advance so we can show you the ropes upon keg pickup.
-
Purchasing kegs from Fetch does NOT include on-site set-up, dispensing, or on-site bartending.
-
If you have a favorite bartender, feel free to ask them if they are interested in working for your event. If so, this is an agreement between you and the bartender and does NOT have a Fetch affiliation.
